2018 Hottest Celebrities

One of the hardest lessons that I've ever learned is having your child able to read your work. So when he finds your blog and says, "Wow, you have so many crushes!", it's not the easiest thing to track back and say, "nah, the only pretty girl in the world is your mother." Granted, someday I believe that this particular blog is going to get passed down to him, as a 45 year old man shouldn't be talking about people his son's age. 

The more things change the more they stay the same. For all those new readers, these beautiful people must be exactly that, age relevant and year relevant. So you can't just be hot. You can't just be 25. And you certainly can't just be successful and in the news. (Sorry Roseanne). Without further ado, and after intense research, sleepless nights, countless debates, and 37 cans of Red Bull, your 2018 list.

Once again, my blog couldn't be successful without a good team. I'd like to thank all of those that provided input, suggestions, stone cold rejections and other such offerings. Your opinions are valued highly. Second, to the qualifying 27. Way to do it this year. Finally, and most importantly, my lovely wife. I know I lock myself in the basement for weeks at a time, while the dishes pile up and the clothes sit untouched. Your support and love doesn't go unnoticed.

#9. Milo Ventimiglia. Jack Pearson knocked it out of the park this year. TV's most important dad, super good looks, football fan, saved the dog for goodness sakes. What's he going to do for an encore?

#8. Alexander Skarsgard. Comes from a long line of good looking people, captivated the audience in Big Little Lies last year.

#7. Saquon Barkley. Tackle at your own risk.

#6. Zayn Malik. Now I know why everyone was freaking out about One Direction.

#5. Ryan Reynolds. Not only is Deadpool funny, but he's dashing.

#4. Zac Efron. Last year's #1 had a semi-quiet year, but maybe that's what happens when you spend all your time at the gym.

#3. Chris Hemsworth. If I had to pick one Hemsworth, and this is the first time that I have to, it's Christopher all day. Still waiting on the Dundee movie.

#2. JT. New album, new dad, still best friends with Fallon, pretty much leading the perfect life.

#1. Cristiano Ronaldo. Another trophy to add to a cupboard that won't shut. There's no way that's real. My insecurities are just flowing through my veins whenever the shirt comes off.

#9. Zuleyka Rivera. I used to think that faster was better, until I saw Despacito.

#8. Hailey Baldwin. Never in my life did I think that a Baldwin could procreate in this manner.

#7. Alexis Ren. Rookie of the year, but I understand that a lot of people knew it was a long time coming.

#6. Taylor Swift. The empire that all other empires are judged on. 

#5. Sommer Ray. I used to think that Instagram was an overrated social media platform until 18 million people told me that I was wrong. 

#4. Emilie Clarke. Yeah, Han Solo pretty much screwed up. Here's hoping that Jon Snow won't do the same.

#3. Gal Gadot. Proving that 2018 is the year of the Woman.

#2. Margot Robbie. It's like those old Nintendo cheat codes. It's really not fair for anyone else. 

#1. Emily Ratajkowski. A few years ago, I had the audacity to leave Emily off of my list. It was completely my fault; Blurred Lines was still relevant, I just didn't know any better. Not anymore. These lines are clear as day.

#9. Victoria Justice. Last year's winner had a bit of a sophomoric slump, but I'm a nice guy, that likes to give people second chances. Especially when they can pull off a yellow backdrop. 

#8. Ariana Grande. Uhhh, not the boy I would've picked for her, but he's a pretty funny guy! Kind of like a clown. He amuses me. So good for Ariana.

#7. Lada Kravchenko. SI swimsuit made her a finalist a few years back, and I said I was going to go one step further, and find a spot on the list. I couldn't do it in 2017, but there was no way I would mess up in 2018. I've almost forgotten about my life long crush Keira Knightley.

#6. Jena Frumes. Jesse Lingard made a horrible mistake. And it's not soccer related at all.

#5. Samantha Hoopes. Besides the queen (My #1), the other reason why I look forward to opening up Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue in February.

#4. Camila Cabello. There's something about Havana ooh na na. 

#3. Hunter King. I thought the arrow would point downwards this year, but keeps making me laugh. From the only soap I ever watch, to my favorite game show, to my favorite sitcom. Seems like she keeps finding me.

#2. Selena Gomez. Best year out of the bunch, she just keeps cranking out hits. I never believed she would make it through the cross over, but not only did that never happen, but she owns the other side. A generational talent.

#1. 3 of the last 4. A dynastic feature in the Nate's Nine. A husband that won a World Series. Another cover issue. A dream wedding. Another film, but I heard it sucked. And I think it makes her even better.
